I had a great sandwich via takeout from Lugano Cafe today. Online ordering was very smooth and they have a clean and safe set-up for picking up orders with wide spacing between customers. Lugano Cafe is a convenient and healthy option for takeout!

The Order Online system worked super smoothly, and my item was ready for me when I arrived. I ended up staying and ordering more food and I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the latte was perfect, and the service fast and friendly. The high ceiling, huge windows, and interior decor create a wonderful atmosphere. I look forward to future visits to Lugano Café!

I only get a 30 minute lunch, so I’m happy that this cafe has the convenience of online ordering. It makes my work week so much easier. The food is delicious and the perfect portions for my appetite.

I was super pleased with service, accommodating a late order for us and being amazing at offering delivery when they normally don't. The driver was super nice as well. However, there was a hair found in one of the salads, which was obviously very off putting, and the reason I cannot give 5 stars. Hair in food, super gross.

Food was really good but the lady at the register and on the phone was pretty rude. There is no option to buy drinks or add bacon online so when we came to pick up the food we still owed $3.00 and she was really rude to us. We had our manager call and pay over the phone and she was rude to her too. Other then that the owner was super sweet and the food was great :)
